Biased in Algorithms

Watching videos on how Algorithms biases are very dominate in society made me more interested in them. I enjoyed learning how they are implemented into society and ways that we can be self aware of them. One thing I didn’t know is how AI uses facial recognition very biasedly epically when Joy Buolamwini used it and it couldn't identify her until she put on the mask which was then able to detect her. Although it was a cheap identification system the premises still stands. Personally I think their are problems with algorithms being biased but I also believe there are some good one as well.
